Kid’s Fitness
Offered in summer and on some holiday breaks, kids’ fitness is a 45 minute workout that demonstrates form, posture and safety on all equipment. This can help a developing athlete prevent injury down the road while training. We also focus on balance, agility, and strength. Our youth need to start learning the discipline and importance of taking care of their body. We can help by being good examples and showing the importance of fitness in all aspects of life.
